Titanoboa is the largest snake to ever be found. It was found by coal miners in Columbia.

Titanaboa
The name Titanoboa means "titanic boa". On 22 March 2012, a full-scale-model replica of a 48 ft Titanoboa was displayed in Grand Central Terminal in New York City. It was a promotion for a TV show on the Smithsonian Channel called Titanoboa: Monster Snake which aired on 1 April 2012.
